Hatha Yoga 

Also called Haṭhavidyā, is basic traditional yoga consisting of various asanas (postures) with a focus on mindfullness and breath. 

This is a class for those of you who want to change things up a little bit each time you come.  New postures may be introduced or familiar postures can be worked on in a different way! This class allows us to hold some postures for longer to deepen into the stretch and relax, and gives us a chance to try some fun postures in a safe environment! 

Hatha yoga is great for relieving stress and sore muscles, as well as working on postures and increasing flexibility. This class is great for all skill levels! 

 

For private classes, this class can be catered to your specific needs to target certain muscle groups as well.

Just a Few Health Benefits of Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is great for improving circulation, building bone density, improving joint mobility, and improving core strength. A great bonus to Hatha is that it can help build endurance too.
